We are an NGO under Cater India Trust based in Hooghly, Kolkata, Howrah & Malda with the primary objective to CARE, AWARE, TRAIN, EDUCATE & REHABILITATE through advocacy, workshops, seminars, counseling, and training sessions in schools, colleges, organizations, companies & communities. With the goal to prepare the young generation of the nation through life management skills, awareness campaigns, edu-share activity & rehabilitation programs.
CATERINDIA seeks the participation of all the citizens of India to unanimously savor the fruits of our motto:” CATER FOR BETTER” We boast of a team of experienced NGO professionals, MSW students, Trainers & Faculty who have worked on projects for International Organizations. We are associated with qualified doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, retired administrative officers, Security Professionals, Ex- Military, corporate managers, social activists, academic teachers & professors, musicians, artists and performers, players & adventurists, media professionals, Entrepreneurs, researchers, students of the school, college, University, Institutes, and volunteer members from all walks of life.
•MISSION OF ORGANISATION: We pledge to serve, provide & facilitate the humanitarian, social, cultural, and spiritual development of rural and urban society through CARE, AWARENESS, TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND REHABILITATION. CATER INDIA caters to the basic need to provide for self-reliance, aid & act for universal causes, intellectual freedom & right to information for all.
•VISION OF ORGANISATION: To contribute to the all-round development of a society free from exploitation, casteism, regionalism, racism, communalism, political bias, and corruption. We seek to CATER to Care for the downtrodden, backward, victimized & suffering souls; spread Awareness against social & civic evils, adopting preventive & remedial measures and standing for a global cause; provide Training in social, vocational, cultural, disaster management & life management skills; impart education in academic, co-curricular, cultural, sports, technological & management disciplines; and facilitate Rehabilitation for the have-nots, challenged, under-developed and social recluse of the society. We are committed to the dissemination of information and promotion of sustainable development initiatives, in response to the needs of under-represented and marginalized sectors of society.
